​How Do I Place An Order?

 

To place an order, simply visit the shop, click the product you'd like to purchase and add it to basket.  Alternatively, if your patience is lacking, click buy now!  

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Right now, we accept major debit and credit cards.  In the future, we hope to add more ways to pay, such as Paypal and Apple Pay.  

For domestic deliveries (inside UK),  we have free shipping for orders over 125GBP.  All orders are shipped Royal Mail special delivery. 

I want to put a deposit on a watch!

If you want a watch you see on our social media, we can take a 20% non-refundable deposit to hold and secure that watch for you.  Please get in touch so we can arrange this.  We will hold the watch for two weeks before assuming you no longer want the watch. 

 

Sourcing your watch

We have a large network of dealers around the country which we can use to find you the watch of your dreams.  When sourcing, we currently require a 20% non-refundable deposit in the case that you change your mind after we order in a watch.  Depending on the watch, prices and wait times may vary.  A common Rolex or Tag Heuer will usually take 2-7 business days to source, while a brand new piece may take 2-6 weeks, and some obscure pieces even longer.  Wait times are never guaranteed.  

Returns & Refunds

 

We're sorry if you decide to refund and return.  You are able to refund a purchase up to 3 days after your purchase.  In the case of a refund, we request for an item to be returned in good packaging that we would have sent out in ourselves, which does not show the contents of the package or hint to what it is and to be sent Royal Mail special delivery and insured. Please keep the receipt as proof of postage and send us a photo of the tracking number.  Once we confirm we have received the item in satisfactory condition, we will refund you 80% of the value of the watch.
